Drinking soup every day is essential for a girl like me from Fujian, southern China. This stems from the family's inheritance of traditional culinary culture.The traditional and cumbersome cooking methods cannot synchronize with the cognition and rhythm of young people.I am thinking about how to bring the traditional soup making culture into a fast-paced life and to make it easy for busy young people in the city to buy a cup of soup slowly cooked on a low heat, just like buying a cup of coffee.
