# Project Description How to be a Great Worker in Japan Yoko Konishi Summary Final work College School of Pre-Degree Studies Course UAL Foundation Diploma in Art and Design Graduation year 2025 This project offers a playful take on the unwritten rules of working in Japanese companies. In Japan, new graduates join firms through a unique system and undergo informal training in workplace etiquette.
