This project offers a playful take on the unwritten rules of working in Japanese companies. In Japan, new graduates join firms through a unique system and undergo informal training in workplace etiquette. Based on my seven years of experience, I visualised these strange but essential behaviours through a fashion communication lens — creating a humorous guide to becoming a proper Japanese salaryman.
