Located in Catford, a key regeneration area in the London Borough of Lewisham, this project aims to address food poverty, elderly isolation, and social disconnection through a mixed-use community development. It features senior co-housing with shared kitchens, a community kitchen open to the public, communal spaces, and growing areas. The site design responds to the area's natural context by unveiling the covered Ravensbourne River and improving green space and public access. By fostering cooperative living and eating, the project strengthens social ties, supports vulnerable groups, and contributes to the sustainable regeneration of Catford’s town centre.
