This surreal VFX and 3D animation explores the psychological tension of binge eating. A hand reaches for floating doughnuts in space, while strawberries fall and dissolve into flowing fat that spreads across a grassland—visualising the anxiety of binge eating disorder (BED). As the belly swells and bursts open, everything consumed floats back into the air. Yet it seems this may be a cycle repeating itself.
