This series of small paintings collects quiet, intimate moments from daily life—picking up after my dog, playing board games, having fun sex, brushing my cat’s fur. These are ordinary scenes, but each holds emotional weight. I paint from memory and sensation, aiming to preserve what might otherwise slip away.
Two climbing holds are subtly embedded within the works. For me, they act like anchors—small but essential, much like the moments I paint. Each scene is a foothold in the landscape of everyday life, grounding me in what truly matters.
