# Project Description 21 Days: Chromatic Journal Xinya Fang Summary Final work College School of Pre-Degree Studies Course UAL Foundation Diploma in Art and Design Graduation year 2025 I am exploring ways to manifest the therapeutic effects of art in my creative practice. This work integrates organic forms and color-emotion relationships from therapeutic drawing with in 21-day journal, employing specific methodologies to transcribe diary entries into visual documentation. Through this cross-media translation, the work highlights that recognizing and reflecting on one's emotional states during the documentation process inherently possesses therapeutic value.
