I am exploring ways to manifest the therapeutic effects of art in my creative practice. This work integrates organic forms and color-emotion relationships from therapeutic drawing with in 21-day journal, employing specific methodologies to transcribe diary entries into visual documentation. Through this cross-media translation, the work highlights that recognizing and reflecting on one's emotional states during the documentation process inherently possesses therapeutic value. The layered presentation guides viewers toward conscious self-observation.
