# Project Description Salomon Concept Store Xinjing Hu Summary Final work Visual Merchandiser | Brand Experience Designer | Interactive Designer Visual Merchandiser | Brand Experience Designer | Interactive Designer College London College of Fashion Course BA (Hons) Fashion Visual Merchandising and Branding Graduation year 2025 A Retail Design Journey explores how spatial design can respond to and reflect user emotions within a branded environment. This project reimagines the retail experience through an emotion-driven flagship concept for Salomon, combining affective lighting, modular fixture systems, and interactive technologies. Central to the design is the Emotion Hub , an installation that captures users’ facial expressions to generate personalized ambient scenarios. By aligning environmental stimuli with emotional data, the space deepens the sensory engagement while reinforcing emotional relevance between users and the brand.
