This is an interdisciplinary project exploring mindful nature, in which I synthesize theories of biosemiotics and physiosemiotics, visualize the theoretical descriptions with 3d models of unknown creatures and consciousnesses, contrast with the paint images sublimated by bio-centric poems, and encapsulate the theme by symbolizing the mindful nature by Molecular knot. Meanwhile, I materialize the visual ideas through the approaches of square-nested composition, digital print-collage, and laser-cutting organic shapes, and expanding to 3 dimensions that conflate the complete structure of woodwork semi-assemblage with tiny objects.
