By using socks, a neglected and recyclable textile waste, as a medium, the project researches the development of a project that combines the fields of repair and craftivism for slowing down the life cycle of old clothes, encouraging a change in social attitudes towards recycling and waste ownership, and removing the stigma and awakening of other waste resources such as socks. The public is environmentally aware. It also promotes the fashion industry's entry into the circular economy. The approach involves reusing waste from existing cycles to extend its life cycle, reducing to some extent the consumption of new materials in production and avoiding energy-intensive processes.
