This project explores the integration of Ayurvedic principles with sustainable textile design, focusing on the creation of Ayurvastra —healing fabrics dyed with herbal ingredients. Using Eri silk, Kala cotton, and linen , I developed fabrics that embody circular design and promote wellness through their natural and medicinal properties. The project emphasizes innovation in dyeing techniques, material lifecycle awareness, and a commitment to sustainable practices that merge tradition with modern design thinking.
