# Project Description To The Women I Love Thomas Holland Summary Final work Born in 1997, in Ilford, Thomas Holland's work explores identity through sculpture, instillation, photography and sound. While Holland's work is personal and draws from lived experiences as a working class person from Essex, Holland strives to create work that feels universal, Holland makes love letters to the working class experience and hopes to create a sense of understanding through shared emotions. College Central Saint Martins Course MA Fine Art Graduation year 2025 This project comes from a place of love and is acting as a love letter to the women in my life, a sculpture of a fictional goddess and her steed marching through the exhibition space. Gytha, as I have affectionately dubbed her, is a goddess of protection for women, specifically the women in my life a strong and scary symbol of divine protection for the equally strong and scary women in my life. her chariot is led by her steed, an effigy of a stag named Herewulf.
