The base concept of this project focuses on the exploring love as a verb and an act of defiance, looking at how love moves through time, desire, and action.

Love is movement, longing, and resistance. It exists in time, shaped by memory and anticipation. It is fueled by desire— personal, societal, and often unattainable. And ultimately, love is action-something we do, something we fight for, and something that transforms the world. This book reclaims love as both an active force and an act of defiance.

It's final form is to be presented as a physical pop-up book. The book visually deconstructs love beyond romance examining renewal, longing, and love as resistance.

Three Parts of the Book:

Temporality - Love is fleeting yet enduring, tied to memory, nostalgia, and the tension between holding on and letting go.

Desire - Love is shaped by longing, fantasy, and cultural ideals— both deeply personal and socially constructed.

Action - Love is more than emotion; it is care, defiance, and transformation, reshaping relationships and challenging norms.
