This project explores the future of consumer interaction within the personal care industry through SaNKtuary — an immersive, AI-powered concept space designed to foster hyper-personalised and emotionally attuned experiences. A collaborative venture between SpaceNK and FaceGym, SaNKtuary is a play on the word sanctuary — reimagined as a sensory refuge where beauty meets technology and the self is placed at the centre of care. At its core, the study emphasises the importance of human-in-the-loop systems, where human judgment remains essential in guiding and refining artificial intelligence.
In today’s digital era, the challenge is no longer a lack of data, but rather the ability to identify which insights truly matter. This showcase demonstrates how emotionally responsive technologies, combined with human-conversational interfaces, can create dynamic experiences that evolve in response to the user.
The result is a thoughtful intersection between wellness, design and data, pointing to the transformative potential of AI when guided by co-creation.
