Wordless Thought is an intimate exploration of everyday rituals of decompression. The film shows small gestures and routines that help us transition from the tension of the day into a state of calm. By playing close attention to textures, objects, and movements, the film aims to highlight how ordinary details can create a sense of comfort, presence, and quiet connection.

The film is accompanied by a series of photographs that provide an additional perspective on the project.
