# Project Description Sophia Ellul Summary Final work In my most recent practices, I have found that using mixed media is a great form of expression. For example, within my photography work I am drawn to using bleach, fire and destructive processes that would often be frowned upon as "ruining" the artwork. However, I feel the less control over the work I have, the more fun I have and the outcomes are less constricted. College Central Saint Martins Course UAL Foundation Diploma in Art and Design Graduation year 2027 This project aims to convey my struggle with anxiety, while also resonating with countless others who navigate similar challenges. It is designed to question how you could be feeling if there were no distractions. In addition, inside the publication, you'll find a QR code leading to a curated playlist. These tracks are my go-to companions during panic attacks or moments when I seek solace and connection.
