Siqi is a fabric designer who focuses on the integration of interior and fashion fabrics, exploring how fabrics can be applied to all aspects of people's daily lives and creating a healing atmosphere. She is skilled in knitting because the structure of knitted fabrics has a certain elasticity and comfort, which can better bring out the healing nature of the fabrics. At the same time, she also enjoys exploring how to combine other techniques with knitting, such as printing and embroidery, to make the fabrics more diverse and unique.

When people lie on the beach basking in the sun, the ocean, the beach, the sky, the sunlight and the people interweave in the same time and space, creating a healing, free and warm space.

This beautiful scene made me think that even if people are not by the seaside and have no chance to go on vacation, they can still experience the healing of a seaside holiday by wearing comfortable leisure wear or using some interior furniture with soft fabrics on their balconies or in their gardens. When people close their eyes and feel the sun on their balconies or in their gardens, we are actually sharing the same sky with the beach and the ocean. Such fabrics can become a protective layer for the body and soul at home, blurring the boundary between humans and nature.

I hope the fabric of this project is extremely comfortable, relatively lightweight, skin-friendly, in soft tones and made of natural materials like silk, linen and cotton.
