The purpose of "Thread the Voice" is to convey the wastefulness of fast fashion and its detrimental effects on consumer behaviur. Inspired by the punk DIY ethos, it encourages creativity and sustainability. By transforming pre-consumer fabric scraps into yarn and knitting them into pieces, the aim is to foster a culture of individual responsibility and conscious consumerism. Each thread symbolizes a protest against the fast fashion, urging people to recognize the true cost of their clothing choices, inspiring a movement towards more mindful consumption.
