Pond and Nur are two porcelain girls living in a secret wood

Pond
Pond was lost
in the forest
love-in-a-mist blooms
flowers whispered
way to the forbidden fruit
unravelled
a fruit that she once heard
from ancient prophesy
she picked two from the tree
one for her
one for Nur
as she walks
one fell in the mud
moss sprawls
traces of the path erased
A mystical fruit that
does not belong to you nor me
they plant it in the soil
from where they live
the bird with beautiful
silky feathers
visit us once a year from afar
by the time she comes
we might have a baby tree
full of gifts to her growing family
