Emotions Unlocked is a creative project designed to help adolescents and young adults (ages 14–25) and their caregivers navigate emotional challenges together. Using the medium of interactive colouring, the project combines colours, stories, and engaging activities to explore feelings in a safe and playful way. The goal is to build emotional awareness, resilience, and connection through creative expression — turning adversity into opportunities for growth, understanding, and deeper relationships.
