College Central Saint Martins Course BA (Hons) Textile Design Graduation year 2025 This textile collection is a tribute to my childhood au pair, Vivienne, and a heartfelt homage to Prague, her homeland and a city imbued with memory and meaning. Inspired by a personal journey, I drew from Prague’s intricate architecture and surfaces, particularly the rhythmic repetition of brickwork. These structures symbolise strength, connection, and the idea of home. The designs merge visual textures from terracotta rooftops and patterns found in a Czech cookery book. Through tactile knit experimentation, the project weaves together memory, place, and personal connection, turning the material into a soft, wearable story of belonging.
