Through raw stories, personal reflections, and intimate interviews, it captures the messy, contradictory realities of this life stage—career anxiety, shifting identities, friendship fallouts, financial precarity, and the constant pressure to have it all figured out. But rather than offering a guidebook or checklist, Chaos embraces the beauty in uncertainty.
