My work: this one-and-a-half-minute frame-by-frame animation, incorporating collage techniques, tells a visual story of absorbing external malice, breaking free from it, and reclaiming a sense of self.

This work reflects on the experience of people who are especially sensitive to the malice of others. In daily life, we often receive unkind words or negative emotions—these projections of hostility slowly build up like uneven fragments, forming a heavy layer on our bodies, like a garment made of malice. But we must hold on to our sense of self and believe in our own worth. These fragments cannot truly define us or weigh us down. We have the strength to cut through them and return to our most authentic, confident selves.
