My project theme - biomimicry. The focus was on the form, materials and function. For this I did a lot of research on different existing designs, materials, and did deeper research on the site.

Site - St Pancras Gardens.

Function - coral and aquatic plants museum.

To make my project more environmentally friendly, I choose bendable concrete and ecoLogicStudio's algae technology for outer shell. "Production of this concrete requires about 36% less energy and emits up to 76% less carbon dioxide" and "Photosynthetic cyanobacteria are inoculated on a biogel medium, their metabolisms, powered by photosynthesis, convert radiation into actual oxygen and biomass."
