In this project I have explored the concept of becoming trapped within the constraints of influence from political and social to trends and expectations. I have used bubbles as a metaphor for this containment. Throughout my work bubbles can be seen enclosing large groups of people, individuals, and being blown. Surveillance is used to depict the overarching reach that political events, populist ideologies and social media have in our lives.
