Richard Quinn's House of Sensory Escape is an immersive journey through the world of British designer Richard Quinn, inspired by his immersive shows and escapist aesthetic. A house where every room is not quite as it seems, each space aims to challenge natural reality and help open minds to new worlds.

The overall research area for this project looked at sensory design and neurodiversity, so the space has inbuilt accessibility features to help make the experience more pleasant and accessible for neurodiverse attendees. Within the design there are four sensory routes that attendees can take to choose what sensory experience best suits them, the include: the relaxing pathway, the visual pathway, the immersive pathway and the sensory seeking pathway. Each allowing for attendees to choose what they want to get out of the experience and have control of their own experience. More information on this can be found in the accessibility guide.
