MING-YI CHAO

This project aims to create a space filled with nostalgia, giving people who feel restless and anxious because of real life a place to relax. Thinking of nostalgia, this is a feeling full of childhood memories that gives people a sense of affection and comfort. The work draws on the concepts of liminal space and dream core to bring people back to their childhood, briefly escaping from reality. The unoccupied swings and scattered ocean balls all hint at subconsciously forgotten childhood memories. And when we feel pressure, these memories will appear again.
