My friends often say, “You’re so random,” because I love sharing anything interesting I come across—even if it seems unrelated. They call me an “organized mess,” since things make sense to me internally, but can be hard to explain to others. So for this project, I wanted to be more intentional. I asked myself why, not just what and how.
I focused on three things: my childhood clothes and how they shaped my style, conversations with people close to me about taste and values, and collecting everything into a visual archive. What began as something deeply personal turned into a way to explore how we influence and are influenced by others—often without realizing it.
The final piece isn’t polished; it’s more like a sketchbook—full of fragments, textures, and half-formed thoughts. But it’s honest. I see it as a kind of archive, showing how I connect ideas and how personal taste is shaped in quiet, shared ways.
