Summary

Final work

Im a dedicated soon to be graduating BA (Hons) Fashion Pattern Cutting student at the London College of Fashion, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Through my studies, I have developed a wide range of pattern cutting skills, enabling me to approach creative challenges with confidence and precision. I thrive in fast-paced environments, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a calm and focused approach.

Proactive and detail-oriented, I am always seeking opportunities to refine my technical and creative abilities.

I recently completed a year-long placement where I worked for 16 Arlington and S.S. Daley for six months each, gaining extensive hands-on experience and enhancing both my technical expertise and professional skills. This experience has given me the confidence to step into the industry and apply my pattern cutting knowledge effectively and precisely in a professional setting.

I have also achieved the Lectra Modaris Award with Pass Certification, further demonstrating my commitment to advancing my skills. I am eager to continue applying my expertise and growing within the fashion industry.

I’m excited to share my Final Major Project, inspired by the intricate beauty of Lepidoptera. Through studying the fractal patterns and structural details of butterfly and moth wings, I developed a 6-look collection that combines silk, boning, and pleating. This project has been an incredible journey of research, design, and craftsmanship.
