# Project Description Fight Like A Woman Matt Brealey Summary Final work Matt Brealey is a photojournalist and documentary photographer who has a passion for shared human connection through photography. College London College of Communication Course MA Photojournalism and Documentary Photography (online) Graduation year 2023 This project focuses on three young female fighters from different combat sports, at different stages of their careers, all with the same goal, to be successful, professional fighters. The main element of the project was a short photographic film which used a combination of around 70 of my still images, audio interviews, archive photos, and sound recordings to tell each fighter’s story. The women detail the dedication required to reach their dreams, and the sacrifices, commitments, and obstacles they have had to overcome, as they try and make their way in a male dominated arena.
