Velocity proposes a space meant to invite the existence of various speeds simultaneously; it contrasts the stillness and fast growth of plants as the exact opposite of people. The diagonal placement of the structure serves as a shortcut across Lewis Cubitt Park. It features a stacked pedway and bike path with greenhouse space on either side, with the two atriums connected underneath. Work within the greenhouse atriums can be done year round and through either hired labor, volunteer work, or by the hands of willing residents of the surrounding high rises. The entire structure uses ramps throughout in order to make it accessible.

Final work
