Lujia Zhang

This project centers around the theme of short-lived enthusiasm, telling the story of “a forgotten doll trying to find its way back to reality from the land of oblivion.” After experimenting with different formats, I chose etching print as the final medium. The project consists of 13 prints, combining etching with other drawing materials to achieve the intended visual effect. Initially conceived as a children’s picture book, the project evolved into a series of etching illustrations after trial and feedback.
