College London College of Communication Course BA (Hons) Games Art Graduation year 2025 Realm of Ashes is a dark fantasy concept art project centred around two original characters—Elora, an exiled scholar seeking redemption, and Aquilius, a fallen king twisted by necromantic power. The project explores their transformation through three narrative phases each, supported by weapon designs and visual storytelling. Themes such as exile, decay, revenge, and body horror are explored through costume, silhouette, and material language. The final outcome is a 20-page art book that presents a cohesive visual narrative and functions as both a personal design portfolio and a printed piece for professional showcasing.
