# Project Description The Curved Mirror Lance Tasker Summary Final work College London College of Fashion Course BA (Hons) Cordwainers Footwear Graduation year 2025 My concept is rooted in the idea of storytelling through craftsmanship, creating footwear that is both visually compelling and deeply personal. Inspired by the flowing lines and organic beauty of Art Nouveau, each design is crafted as a wearable work of art, where the left and right shoe form a unified narrative. This ‘fraternal twin’ philosophy draws on my experience as an identical twin, celebrating individuality within unity. I also draw inspiration from traditional craft techniques, vintage fashion, and the legacy of strong women, particularly my mother, whose artistry in sewing shaped my creative journey.
