# Project Description Khyat Swami Khyat Swami Summary Final work College School of Pre-Degree Studies Course UAL Foundation Diploma in Art and Design Graduation year 2025 Rooted in the desire to protect fading traditional crafts, this project explores architecture as a vessel for cultural preservation. Inspired by my travels in India, and informed by references of ancient temples, I designed a space that reflects India’s vernacular forms and materials. The final model combines materials that represent natural elements such as clay, stone, and wood. Each structure within the space is shaped to serve artisans and visitors alike—preserving skill, memory, and architectural legacy, A Haven.
