College London College of Communication Course BA (Hons) Animation Graduation year 2025 This short animation explores a surreal, dreamlike journey inspired by my personal fear of sunflowers. I amplified and personified that fear to create a world where reality, dreams, and imagination intertwine. The story follows a young girl as she encounters bizarre and shifting landscapes, scenes that could only exist in sleep or fantasy. Stylized, hand-painted textures blur the line between the real and the illustrated, enhancing the sense of uncanny adventure. Through the girl's interaction with the sunflower, I aimed to express a unique psychological discomfort, while leaving room for open interpretation by the viewer.
