# Project Description Testosterone Poisoning Justas Bendaravicius Summary Final work College London College of Communication Course BA (Hons) Information and Interface Design Graduation year 2021 Testosterone poisoning is a role-playing card game about masculinity and its toxic forms. Often various masculinity tropes can be noticed across media, especially in Hollywood movies. This tabletop game takes these tropes and puts them at the center of gameplay. Players become superheroes with absurd toxic masculinity superpowers and try to navigate the world created by the stories they tell. Final work Poison Cards After every mission, every poison played during the round is added up and injected into the tube. Pop artists like Andy Warhol or Claes Oldenburg took mundane everyday objects and put them at the center of the display (Think Soup Cans or Shuttlecock). Similarly, the game takes masculinity tropes and puts them at the center of the gameplay. Superheros in Testosterone Poisoning don’t have powers that are usually associated with superheroes, they have powers that we don’t tend to pay attention to.
