This project explores the emotional and psychological role of cartoons in the lives of young adults, focusing on their ability to soothe, inspire, and offer meaningful escapism. Animated media is no longer limited to childhood; instead, it has evolved into a creative language through which young people can express themselves and process their emotions. The contrast between the surface-level cuteness of characters and the deeper personal struggles that reflect mirrors the emotional experience of many young adults today. As they juggle identity, social expectations, and future uncertainty, cartoons provide not only entertainment but also emotional tools, encouraging emotional resilience and reflection.
