In this project, I wear a dress treated with cyanotype solution and invite strangers to embrace me in sunlight for twenty minutes. The goal is to explore how strangers can establish a connection through the act of hugging. The cyanotype-treated dress captures the physical traces of the embrace, recording the shapes and impressions left on my body during the twenty-minute hug. This project aims to document and visualize the process of relationship-building between strangers through intimate physical contact.
