Inspired by The Gentleman's Guide to Vice and Virtue by Mackenzi Lee. The music hall scene, set in the 18th century, depicts the characters' first night out unsupervised during their grand tour. The two characters I costumed for Monty and Percy. Taking elements of the important objects from the story that reflect their personalities and objectives, and incorporating them into the final outcomes.

The important objects I’ve incorporated into the characters are the puzzle box for Monty, an item that he steals which is the catalyst for their grand tour going awry. For Percy, the alchemical heart that Monty is determined to find in hopes of healing Percy from his chronic illness.
