A love letter to Manchester and the Northern Quarter. NQRY MAG is a Manchester-based print magazine celebrating emerging creatives, sustainable fashion, and slow reading. The name is a fusion of the Northern Quarter's nickname 'NQ' and enquiry. It's aesthetic is heavily inspired by the Norther Quarter - The stickers, the posters and graffiti. NQRY MAG explores Manchester's creative industry and represents what they have to offer. The content champions creatives from diverse walks of life, culture and class. NQRY MAG's tagline is 'Slow Fashion. Slow media. Slow reading', I created the magazine to provide readers a physical magazine that holds creator's work, valuable ideas and presents their stories. In a digital word, social media is saturated with mindless content and I wanted NQRY MAG to advocate slower reading.
