# Project Description The Shape Within Hilary Zuokumor Summary Final work Hi I'm Hilary! My process mainly consists of me trying to figure out new ways I can express my creativity through different outlets, mediums, imagery, etc. I try think of a concept or an idea that I have no idea on how I'd bring it to life, then somehow figure out a way to bring it to life. College School of Pre-Degree Studies Course UAL Foundation Diploma in Art and Design Graduation year 2025 I initially came up with my project Idea when brainstorming specific areas in art that I'm not confident in. I ended up exploring the idea of form and figure and experimenting in ways that I could push the limits of what figurative art means to me and my own personal approach. My final piece depicts a painting based on photos I took of a friend, bordered by a warped silhouette of him. I also focused on using unconventional colours and on ways to create an interesting composition that also challenges me as an artist based on my prior skillset. I used this project to expand my creative outlet in ways I was uncomfortable doing prior. Which has undeniably helped me grow as an artist.
