The business aims to facilitate collaborations between fashion brands and video game developers by integrating branded digital fashion items, such as outfits, accessories, and static product placements into gaming environments. By leveraging the rising engagement of Gen Z and Millennial consumers with both gaming and fashion, the company addresses a growing market opportunity for immersive, non-intrusive brand engagement. The project examines the business's desirability, feasibility, and viability through primary and secondary research, including interviews with industry professionals and end consumers. Additionally, it outlines the operational strategy, revenue model, and risk management framework of Bytesized Fashion, concluding with a financial forecast and scalability plan for the first five years of operation.
