Fascinated by the transmutation of the real into the digital, my work explores the poetics of simulation and the limits of digital imitation. By embracing distortions, incomplete translations, and failures, I consider how digital media can form its own material presence – not as a replica, but as a space governed by its own logic. Using Pointclouds and scans of my home, I created collapsing environments to find out how memory becomes uncanny through digital translation.
