Hi, I am a student who enjoys creating 3D visual work. My specialty is using paper to construct detailed and spatial work that inspires the user to perceive paper in a different light. I also explore other media that allow me to have a creative approach in design.

My project aimed to transform the site into a vibrant and interactive space in the center of Gasholder Park. I proposed a climbing structure that encourages young adults to take a break from social media and play outdoors. Having the chance to relive childhood memories of playing on playgrounds, something that sparks wonder and curiosity as we grow older, helps the user to acknowledge the importance of play, which can affect our day-to-day lives. The design of the structure resembles a tree as it symbolises strength and growth, something that I wanted the user to experience while being in the space.

Final work

A climbable structure that encourage young adults to relive childhood memories.

Tree Tower

I have constructed a structure that incorporates multiple media that I have explored through the foundation. Allowing me to have a creative approach in design.

Using a light to reflect the structure's shadows to create an immersive experience.

Tree Tower at Night

Implementing a light source in the center of Gasholder Park to reflect the structure's shadow. This creates a web design that brings the community together to appreciate the night sky, moving away from being on your phones.
