Karachi Pattern Journey is a key part of my Final Major Project, rooted deeply in my cultural identity and heritage. This project is inspired by my Pakistani background, particularly my early childhood in Karachi the capital city of Sindh and the largest city in Pakistan. Growing up there, I was surrounded by colour, movement, and tradition. As a five-year-old, I was fascinated by the beautifully decorated jingle trucks that passed me on the way to school. These trucks, commonly used for transporting goods and water, are painted with bright colours, geometric shapes, and intricate patterns that reflect Pakistan’s rich visual culture.
