The final service design outcome, BEING HUMAN is an internal workplace communication platform that helps creative organisations build a psychologically safe workplace for their employees to share their challenges and support each other.

The platform allows employees to collaborate productively and supportively in day-to-day communications including new employee onboarding sessions, team meetings and regular check-ins.

The project focuses on employees working in a commercial setting, specifically advertising and design sectors. The workload for employees in creative organisations has increased over the last few years due to the pandemic. By speaking to employees in advertising and design, it was identified that employees are seeking space to talk about their challenges and concerns openly.
