The objective of this project was to select a building as a source of inspiration. I chose Kew Gardens, but incorporated elements of Japanese tradition into my design. For the final outcome, I created a jacket embellished with dozens of dip-dyed crochet spikes, inspired from one of my final sketches.

Final work

Final outcome of my spike jacket. The jacket is fitted around the body and oversized around the arms. The sleeves are covered in crocheted spikes.
