# Project Description Skin of the Earth Eleanor Tobin Summary Final work College London College of Fashion Course BA (Hons) Fashion Textiles: Print Graduation year 2025 “Skin of the Earth”is a tactile textile print project that investigates the structural and surface language of the natural world. Through printed fabrics, the work captures the raw materiality of nature, emphasising texture and form. By closely observing the intricate details of surface and shape, the project uncovers the quiet, expressive voice of the natural world. This exploration invites a reconsideration of how we engage with and perceive our environment, viewing it through the lens of texture, structure, and material presence. Concepts such as tactility , rawness , and fragmentation have been central to shaping both the technical development and the conceptual direction of my creative process and research.
